The factions are tightly packed in in an already small wordplace and some of them really look weird and out of place (the faction guarding the old mine, sure the place could use defences, but retexturing heavy guard armor and putting sadists who bash you for the simplest provocation, that's crazy, even for a prison. ![]() It is fucking dufficult, not in a good way like notr or even dark souls, but in a really frustrating way. Problem is, notr has 6 chapters, 4 worldplaces (with Irdorath) and fuck ton of enemies and content that justify it, Dark Mysteries didn't really suceedd in implementing it. The translation isn't top notch, there is a NPC called Radi and they translated his name to "for the sake of", you can see that large parts were google translated, as for the balancing, they wanted to implement notr like difficulty.
